Could THIS be why?

I suppose this could very well be the reason, when leaving the house solo, without the kids or Honey, he asks, "How late are you gonna be?' and "be careful!"

I was having a ridiculous love affair with some fresh strawberries and a chocolate fountain....

And, I always end up doing some wine wrestling.....

A night out with a girlfriend, at a mutual friends surprise 40th birthday party! Lots of fun and loads of laughs, with just a bit of wine. I'm not one to really ever over indulge.....However, Honey was happy! ;)

wish I was there!

PS: Did you lose weight? The hair looks lighter too. lol

PSS: Knowing my luck this isn't you and my comment of "did you lose weight" will sound really insenseitve and rude. Just to make it clear in any of the pictures I never found you fat particularly considering your half nekkid thursday pics featured your washboard tummy. Just so we're clear! lol

Ha ha! My honey is always happy if I've indulged just a bit over my limit too- which doesn't happen often for me either... Looks like fun!

OK....it was more than a few, 20 to be more precise. I started right after Christmas and by May I was at my goal.

I'm ashamed to admit, working out had no part of it. I really should do something, ANYTHING! :)

I didn't eat any more then 1200 calories a day. Most days it was less. I ate/eat very healthy and often but it was all very low cal and I did count my calories. NOW, that is just the way I eat, very disciplined. I do splurge at times but on my everyday....very disciplined. I've maintained my weight within two or three pounds all summer....122 and holding! :):)

TWENTY POUNDS in about six months. Wow. Did the weight come off right away or did it take aw hile to budge? My problem is I will start for two or three weeks and see not a pound drop and then I give up and order a pizza, lol.... Also Its hard to cook for hubby and not partake of the yummy goodness. How did you avoid temptation around hubby and the kids when they could eat what they wanted but you couldnt?

PLEASE! It took a couple of three weeks to really see anything happening. I did get discouraged at times put thought it would be well worth it. And I have to say it was. I went from a snug 8 to a 4. My thought was..."I'm a 41 year old mother of two young children. I don't won't to look like a "hoochie" but I do want to look like I cared." Didn't want to be fat/frumpy and 40. THAT is a pretty big incentive.

My temptation is greater now that I'm where I want to be with Hubby and the kids. While I was doing it, I was totally committed. There was NOWAY I was cheating and I didn't!! Totally focused.

The whole weight loss thing started out as a completely different thing. I may just have to email you one day...it's too much to leave here, lol!
