Moon

Bask in the warmth of one of my favoite photographs...

"Moon Glow"
"One looks back with appreciation to the brilliant teachers, but with gratitude to those who touched our human feelings. The curriculum is so much necessary raw material, but warmth is the vital element for the growing plant and for the soul of the child."
- Carl G. Jung

The pic isn't showing up, but this is a fabulous quote! When I taught junior high, it meant more to a lot of those kids to get a hug than see their report cards. Teachers can make a world of difference just by showing that warmth that so many don't get at home.

Okay! It showed up this time! Beautiful flower, though I'm not sure what it is...or is it really called a moon glow? Ha...I'm so horticulturally illiterate it's pathetic.

That is a very lovely picture of one of God's creations. The creator really had a talent for beauty, especially when he had a little girl in mind on 6/4/65.

Thank you for the compliment.

Actually, I have one on my mantel. I usually mat and frame them for gifts. Strange, huh?
