I do at times, find myself saddened by the fact she is no longer a baby. However, it stands deep in the shadow of my excitement in watching her become a little lady.

The one thing that I miss about Mina being a baby....
When she would be in Namma's arms and she would reach for me. Oh my, what that did to my heart. You know they are reaching out of love and nothing else when they're that small.
And I know she loves me now because....
She gave me the BIG RED ICING ROSE from the cake. Trust me, it was a big deal. Yes, it was hard and tasted like a rock, but I ate it. You never turn down the rose!
