Olives

It's lunch time and Mina places her order. A half of a ham and cheese sandwich with a glass of Sunny-D, some pickles and several green olives. Happily, I fill her order and before I finish she sneaks an olive from the plate. Popping it in her mouth she asks "Mommy, are these the olives with the bones in them?" I giggled and told her no, that those were the black olives that had the PITS!

Dem bones dem bones dem oooolive bones!

Now I wanna know, what the heck bone is the olive bone connected to? Being a childhood wearer of black olives on my fingers I'm thinking the olive bone is connected to the pinky bone.

That is cute. The fact that she ate the olive and did not spit it out is so great. What a big girl! :)
